Aww, this is such a cute nifty app! :D
It makes a good replacement for CLIEPaint, which you don't get on the TH.


Bad things:
Doesn't work on the Tapwave Zodiac (I can't draw!! I can only produce dots! :()

Let me put it this way, its like comparing Microsoft Word and Photoshop.

Penpelcol is a note app
+ Fast writing on it.
+ page support.
+ quick switching and browsing.
+ Quick resize
+ Categorizing
- nothing really to use for painting

Moepaint is a painting program
+ Supports layers and effects like blur.
+ Has different ways to paint.
+ files have everything stored.
- Big file sizes. (like 2-4mb)
- Slow to use as it isnt meant to be opened and drawn in a flash.
- Not much scrolling, what you see, is the area you can draw on.

I agree PenPenCol is very fine program, I'm using it for a long time.
But this new version 3.1 crashes on my PALM TX!
It works fine with version 2.8!!!

Any help about this incompatibility of version 3.1 with PALM TX running PALM OS 5.4.9 Garnet?
