T5 not charging anymore.

I have a small problem, my T5 will not charge anymore. It has been working fine just until recently and now it's causing me all this trouble. Any ideas?

Soft reset. In-cradle reset (plug into charge cable and soft reset). Unplug wall wart and plug back in. Try a different cable to verify source of problem (handheld or cable).

I have tried all those options to no avail. The next thing on my mind is to try and disassemble it to see if something is loose.

First thing to try: see if the tiny connection metal plates (or pins?) between the cable and T5 are not broken.

Well, but don't open it just yet IMHO. A customer of mine has had an almost DOA Treo 650, so wha should this T5 be different. Just hit tzhe customer care, dude!
