Help! Everytime I try to connect my NZ90 with my PC, the pc says "TCP/IP network not installed". Cannot seem to get the PC to recognize that there is a mobile device connected nor recognize there is a memory stick there as well. Anyone know what I've done wrong? Would appreciate any help!!!

What version of windows do you have?
I have Xp and had no trouble at all installing my NZ and getting it to Sync. In fact it syncs faster than My old N760
My best advice is uninstall everything from you computer that has to do with PALM, then reinstall everything from the CD>
This may not work, however.
What OS do you have and that, would some of use ideas on what to do?

I don't use XP pro, sounds like the USB drivers need to be reinstalled. After the driver's removal, do not plug in the clie until told to do so, that usually is after the installation of the palm desktop software.

I can't even uninstall it. Can i just erase the whole folder and reinstall it?

sounds like you have an administrative problem. Make sure you login as administrator ...... else un-install via Control Panel to completely remote the application .... last resort to manually delete but that's messy as the registry will still be there.
Am using Win2K so can't really guide you with XP much.

Thanks for your reply, Lookman. I suspect it too. It just that i do not know how to remote the application as you said.
