I could not get the key button hold or the swipe function on snapcalc to work on the LD. Has anyone gotten this to work? I have v5.6.3. Is there a newer version available somewhere?

I´m using the same version and I'm able to use snapcalc with Cmd bar and with swipe option :)

Same thing here. I can use the command and swipe option. I hope they could have a fix for the key option

I'll have to play around with the swipe options. I should have clarified more. I am trying to execute swipes from the StaticBar. I use MessagEase in the DIA and swipes from that area wouldn't be that practicle for me anyway. I was definately hoping for a button execution because I would like to access snapcalc even while the DIA is flat. If a swipe from the SB were possible or a button execution was possible then I could do that. Thanks for the input.

Hello all,
I think I figured this out. If you use the "Treo" key options instead of the "Palm" key options snapCalc5 seems to launch just fine. For example, on my LifeDrive I set snapCalc to launch when I hold "Treo: HardKey 4" and now it launches as it is supposed to...

Just a warning, unfortanetly many of us LD users have found that SnapCalc makes our systems flaky. Shame, because I love the product.

Try fcalcDA. It has more function than snapcalc and because it is a DA, it does not interfere with the system when not launched. I use EasyLaunch5 to make a swipe on the status bar to activate it.
