Is there a program that is available that will allow one to change the PIM or ROM icons?
They are so early palm looking, well maybe not but I would like to get them to appear a bit sharper then they do on my T3.
I am using ZLauncher and it appears that they have a set of custom icons but they don't appear to do anything for the Calender, Contacts etc.
I am switching back to my T3 from my x30h and the PPC icons look more modern then Palms standard icons.
I kind of get bored and keep on switching back and forth

ZLauncher does allow replacement of icons of built-in apps as long as the icon set contains the icon for that app. You can find some third party ZLauncher icon sets that include most of the ROM app icons. However, if you don't like the one from the set you can't change it other than to change icon sets.

I don't know of any non-launcher utilities that allow you to change ROM app icons.

Hmmmm...
I have a icon set installed that came with ZL but they do not change the PIM icons.
All other icons changed but not them...
Other then choosing the icon set is there anything else I need to choose?

Where can I find ZL icons?
I searched Palmgear but I only found icons for Silver

On the T|E, no, unless you use a third party app like Z Launcheer. You can in agenda view, however.

AppIcon doesn't let you change the ROM app icons, does it? It won't on my Palm.

Leslie Franke has some good, pretty complete sets. I am using her Crystal set right now and it replaces just about every ROM app icon except for Drive Mode and Files (on T5).

If you search under the category path
Software » Utilities » Launcher Skins, Backdrops & Icons » ZLauncher Skins
in Palmgear you may also find some icon sets
