flash rom problem

ok i put some apps in flash now i only have 74 k free memory no when i want to use picsel viewer it doesn turn in hi res+ anymore and when i push the arrow it says memory ful close document is there a way to reverse the thing from flash to ram when i doe that using jackflash it says application currentle in use

I get that too when I use Jackflash on my NR70V. To correct it I hit the reset button and hold the "Up" hard button until I see the preferences menu come up. Resetting this way allows for a "safe mode" of sorts where it doesn't load all drivers. You should be able to move stuff you put in flash back to RAM in this way.

davve001, how much ROM memory free did you have before moving the applications to the ROM ?
