need major help

My girl has a Palm m515 and I know tihs isn't necessarily a Palm site, but can anyone help me with a ZLauncher question. How do I get new backgrounds onto the m515. I don't have MS import like on my Clie. And I don't know how or if you even can make a jpg into a prc or pdb file.

Is it possible to change backgrounds?

According to Palm's Knowledge base under audio and image files: "These types of files can be transferred to the handheld memory with a standard HotSync® operation provided there is enough available memory to do so, or directly to the expansion card using the Change Destination feature of Palm™ Desktop 4.0.1 or higher." Of course, only .prc and .pdb files can go to RAM.
