Broken CliÉ

Hi guys, I know I'm new...so what's up? :)

Probably not the best way to start off, but I have a problem, bought a CliÉ NR70/U on eBay, and it turns out it's BROKEN. :mad: Decided to open it to find the wires RIPPED(where the hinge is, the guys probably twisted the heck out of it). My question is anybody know where I can these two connectors with the wires, or anybody have a broken CliÉ they're throwing out or selling?... Thanks

man, how much did you pay for this? be carefull what you buy on ebay... mostly it's ok, but sometimes they sell broken things as new...
anyway, i can't help you with the replacement,repair or what ever

same here. i've never trusted used e-bay sellers. i've known too many people who've bought used electronics off e-bay only to find themselves completely ripped off.
you'll have to do some Googling to find Clie parts sellers. It's pretty hard to find them, but i'm sure there's some out there...

if you paid for more than $100 USD, i'd say send it back to him with a mysterious white powder...;). but seriously, i'm guessing the NR70 is worth at least $100, so if you paid more, i'd get your money back.
