App Useage Application?

Good Evening-

I wish to call upon the collective wisdom of this forum. I want to clean out my CLIE TH55, as in purge unnecessary programs, files, etc. I would like a program that tracks how often an application is accessed so that I can watch it over a month and dump whatever is not being used regularly.

Anyone know of such an application? Preferrably cheap or free, of course.

Your help is appreciated and I thank you in advance for your attention.
