Check the TH55 forum.
The "Media Launcher" app works with some issues.
Also on this forum the discussion of installing the MP4 codecs.

Bottom line: the TH55 already has most of the core features (including Organizer). You aren't missing much [ie. the Media Launcher is a new app, but the built-in TH55 software does the same things; and the TH55 already has MQV MPEG-4 builtin]
