What, two guys standing in front of a taped together screen. :p Speaking of screens, mine tipped over and crushed me. :o

more reason you need to give it to someone who can handle a large monitor.... :p

OK, I'll send it to Bill Gates. I'm sure he can't afford it. :p On Second thought, naaaaaaa. :)

To ramble some more aobut screens... Dell was selling their 20" for about $350 after rebate the other day. If this comes up again and I have some extra cash, I would love to get one for my G4. It's uses a LG screen just like the Apple HD. I've heard mixed reviews on the color output though. The reviews I read said the colors were great, but from some other artist who bought it, they mentioned it had color issues, and ended up returning it and getting an Apple HD.

Fudge, I was up all night working. Then I read on Netscape that peeps that regulary have less than 6 hours sleep, or mor than 9 are a health risck and can develop Diabetes type 2. Well, that's me. I need to get my schedule under control.

Off to bed, for about 5 hours. :(

Most PC monitors require color calibration if you bought the screen for home use. I miss my old SGI digital with the auto-calibration. You plugged in a small light sensor to the monitor, clipped it to the top, pressed calibrate and it set a color, read it back, and adjusted itself to what it should be. :D now THAT was color reproduction.

I use my "eyeballs." :p Because all monitors require calibration. ;) I worked for a intreactive/print/design shop and had to calibrate all the monitors. Just because I was the only artist with some clue about hardware, they used me for these things. :o

no wonder your eye was so large before.... you had eye strain from calibrating monitors. :p

And I have a stigmatism in me left eye. So, it only made matters worse. ArrrrRrrgGghh!!! :)

My pirate avatar is going to return soon, and once I get off my lazy arse, I'll make a new one.

Naye, then I would need to go "NooooOoOoOoooo" all the time. :p

I drew a wolf with a bulging eye the other year. If I ever finish it, it could be your avatar. :) Anyways, I'm getting that 6D artpen finally, if anything it will give me some new inspiration to paint again. My time has been consumed by Flash, Video, and 3D, and I've been too burned out to paint.
