Iam so fustrated right now i downloaded the instalation CD from SONYCLIE.ORG (Thanx alot guys) and i still can not hot sync my palm
it says "Unable to initiate HotSync operation because the serial port is in use
by another application." please help and i already downloaded all the updates from SONY.com
