Clie Camera Solved?

When you get this error is the only solution is to send it in to Sony for repairs? I've had the other errors (like with Movie Rec) and resolved them. But when I look through the pda forums online it seems that the camera unit is faulty and sending it in is the only option. So am I doomed?

Try hardrest but don't hotsync. try the camera see if it works. if it doesn't send it to sony. If it works. do a clean install that means reinstall all your programs one at a time. go to C:\Program Files\Sony Handheld\YOUR USER NAME\
rename the back up folder or delete it. you might want to save your savedpreference and unsavedpreference.

I recently had a problem with using my wifi because my TH55 would either say intializing module or it would cause a fatal error i think it will be fixed it you do it this way.

well, i had no movie recorder and a hard reset didnt fix it, so the only option is to send it to sony

CLIE Camera will abortI've had that error before. What happened was there was some sort of library error due to the Movie Recorder. You may have tried to use an option in the preferences of the UX movie recorder app that isn't available on the TH55.

i tried that one, and had to hard reset, and re-install the movie recorder. it was only a few days after the hard reset that i ran into the camera problem. i just ended up hard reseting again, and that solved it for me.
