My Lifedrive has been a little loopy

As in reset loops. I've tried to narrow it down to a single app, but it's not a continuous thing. Once it happened with zlauncher. I removed that. Next when exiting repligo, I upgraded to the latest version and haven't seen it again with that. Now it happened while scanning for WAPs. I can bring everything back up in "safe mode" and everything seems to work fine that way except the wifi icon is missing from taskbar (although I can connect by going to prefs and setting it up then.) and the d-pad is a little wanky acting.

One thing I did find out is a hotsync with the backup set for desktop over handheld brings it back with a crash notification after reset. So you don't have to loose your drive contents.

If anybody knows what causing this weirdnes I'd like to hear it.

Have you checked all your apps against the T5 compatability list on Palm Focus? The LD and T5 are so similar that the list should work for the LD, too.

It turns out to be AIM vers. 1.0 that was the problem. I went through the painstaking testing of installing a single app and then performing a reset to see if I could reproduce the loop. As soon as this one was installed and setup it failed on a reset.

Yep. I got the loop from crApIM too.

I wish someone could write a new version...
