Finally got a chance to check out the NZ and wow what a screen. I wonder if the new NXs will have the same type of screen. I might consider an upgrade then!

Yep! They'll get better and better all the time, not necssarily cheaper.

Yeah, well, my 19" monitor is nicer than my NX-70V/U, but I don't care to carry THAT brick around... ;-P

The NZ screen is clearly visible in most outdoor light conditions, a major accomplishment. I twisted and turned it one day to see if I could find any angles I couldn't see the screen at because it was too dark, and there weren't any. It's actually almost too bright at times. It's so bright, even on the lowest setting, that it's difficult to use it in a car at night. You can see IT no problem, but looking at other things afterwards is a little more difficult than I would like. I'm not complaining though.

LOL
That's it. I bought my NX and I can clearly read and write and game and, and, and.
Why bother with checking other screens.
Why would one look at it at an nearly 170 degree angle?? The visible angle is just fine.
But thanks for the info. I wouldn't have guessed it. I thought it would be the same screen..
