I have upgraded from Sj20 to TH55 and also with new notebook PC long ago. I believe my notebook is installed with new software for TH55. Recently, I decided to configure the SJ20 for my wife but found error that the SJ20 is not recognised on the USB port.
What should I do to have two CLIE to be able to synchronise in the same PC? I cant even install the software to my SJ20 now with my notebook.
Please help.

what version of windows are you using? and is your notebook actually a tablet? because i've read many times before that people are trying to install Palm Desktop on their tablet PCs running Windows 2003 Tablet Edition, which won't work.
as for getting your PC to recognize both your TH55 and SJ20, I don't know what it's not working. I can get my SJ20, TJ37, and TH55 all to work fine on my PC. which is interesting, because from what you said (installing TH55 software before SJ20), I did the exact same thing, but never ran into any trouble.
also, are you sure it's an SJ20, and not an SJ30? because your signature says you came from an SJ30...

That happened to me with my NX70 and TH55, all I had to do was re-install the drivers from the NX70 CD.
It may work for you to just leave the SJ CD in the tray and try and sync and see if the computer will automatically load the drivers needed.
I did this trying to use Data Import and the computer did what was need on its own.
