Beaming to and from Handspring devices

I find that I can successfully beam things (business cards, programs, etc.) from my NZ to a Handspring device, but when Handspring owners try to beam to me the NZ does not respond. Has anyone had this problem? Is my NZ malfunctioning?

do you have your BEAM-RECEIVE turned off on your NZ?

Yes, I solved the problem by doing a soft reset. Don't know yet how often I'll have to do this.

Same here with my N760C. It beamed my business card to Handspring OK, but not receiving until I did a soft reset. I did try to turn off the FastCPU by stylus swiping too before doing the soft reset, but no go.

maybe.... it just don't know how to receive S-L-O-W data from Handspring Units???? LOLOLOL... Just Kidding... I have 3 HandSpring Units and my Clie NZ ... Never had an issue with beaming between the two.... *Shrug*.

I have had similar problems with handsprings being anti social. It is a known issue.
