Would like to pass this on to the rest of the community that has the Aironet 350 and make it work with the Clie via PEGA WL card.
Finally got Aironet 350 to work with Sony Clie. Thanks to Kernel! and David Silva!
To make it work with the Aironet follow this directions:
1). Get access to Aironet AP350 (you'll need the Mac Address of the Aironet and use IPSU from Cisco to get the IP address). Via the IP address assigned to the AccessPoint, you'll see the Summary Status Webpage. Go to Setup.
2). Look for Network Ports, AP Radio and go to Advanced.
3). Right at the bottom of the page, change the preamble to Long and ....
WAHLAH! Clie works with it. Don't have to set ip address.
Note: If it still doesn't work, may be security restrictions on your AccessPoint. I have full access to the router and I left it at open and change the preamble to Long and it works!
