I'm thinking to get an OS5 device... but I think the NX series is too bulky. I'm choosing between Tungsten T and TG50. I like the TG better becos of the keyboard but it just came out and quite expensive.... Where as Palm just dropped the Tungsten for a hundred bucks (399 at palm.com and around 300 online)
Should I wait for the TG to come down in price.... maybe in few months? I still can't justify myself to spend 400 on a pda....

No doubt the price will come down in a few months (Sony's product cycle mandates this), but I'm not sur how much you can expect to save. My guess is that in 3 months you'll see the price drop $50 and that's about it.
I move from a T|T to an TG-50 mainly because the screen is much better on the Sony unit and .mp3 don't sound like utter garbage. The keyboard is surprisingly easy to use, backlit, and B/T connectivity makes it a fantastic substitute for the T/T!

it will eventually, but if you want it now and have the money, then just buy it, it will take a few months (4-6) for sony to lower the price. If you can wait, then wait, as better things are always coming out especially wit sony

Just a note, the Dell deal from a couple of days ago:
http://www.cliesource.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=8112
is available again today... use coupon code 52B562895FF3 to get $40 off $350.
I ordered mine from Dell on Tuesday for about $325 + tax (10% off + $35 off $350 + free shipping). It wasn't supposed to ship until tomorrow.. I got it today :)
Not a bad deal for those who don't want to wait for a price drop.

It is inevitable they will lower the price of the TG50, but when is the real question. I paid about $490 for mine and that includes warranty and taxes from CC. I expect Sony will start lowering the price when the device starts reaching it's life expectancy. When Sony lowers the price of a model, you know it's going to be replaced within 6 to 8 weeks or less. So, if you guys see the NX60 and NX70V suddenly experience a price drop, you will know a replacement is coming very soon.

Keep an eye on Staples coupons, particularly at
- http://techbargains.com (scroll to lower right side)
- http://dealcoupon.com/merchants/staples.com.html
Frequent $30/40 off $150+ and $40/50 off $200 coupons appear. TG50 is available at Staples online, although it's not yet in all their brick stores.

Pretty soon I'm sure. With Intel announcing they will stop making this type of processor this month in favor of
the 255 series.
