I tried to open an application (one that needs NSBRuntime in case that is the culprit) this afternoon. The Clie went into a lit blank screen and stayed there. When I tried to soft reset, nothing.
I went to a hard reset -- the "palm powered" logo was now visible, the question about "erase everything?" appears and I click the left button as requested. The screen flickers and the palm logo reappears and nothing else happens. I've tried everything I can think of -- nada.
Now the Clie has been on for about six hours straight. The Sony web site says to wait until the battery drains, but what happens then? It also mentioned removing the battery, but how the heck do I do that? (I also don't want to ruin any chance of a warranty or repair from Sony, since the Clie is less than a year old...)
Any advice is appreciated -- thanks.
