I can barely see the Lifedrive, thanks to the 'palmmexico'-overlay on all photos.

Nice pictures. What the heck is that other PalmOne thing on the first page?

In the web says that it's an adapter for MP3 and Digital Camera for the lifeDrive, will be launched on June :D

That looks like a brand new device...

Maybe P1 has more than one suprise up its sleeve and PDAMexico just broke its NDA on another new device by accident? :D

Thats a pretty big "adapter." Anyone want to start some creative speculation?

It's got to be more than an adapter because it has a screen.

I wonder about the waves on the front that look like some kind of wireless transmission symbol.

Wouldn't it be nice if P1 really was introducing a whole new way to use PDAs, instead of just using "mobile manager" as a marketing gimick?

It looks as though it uses traditional batteries (based on the sliding mech in the back).

Maybe this is it. From the Brighthand review:

"Naturally, not everyone has a camera with an SD card slot. palmOne plans in the June timeframe to release what they call the USB On the Go Box. It'll be an adapter cable with a funny little box in the middle that connects between the LifeDrive and most digital cameras' USB ports to allow for the same quick and easy image offload while away from a PC."

Maybe "USB On The Go" is a way to make the LD into a pseudo-USB host. That would explain the need for batteries.

So the black square on the top is not a screen? Too bad. :( :(

It seems like an akward looking box.
