Bluetooth pict transfer

Anybody has successful experience of transferring picts from Clie Viewer to a PC via BT? It didn't work although Hotsync via BT is fine.

I don't think that straight Hotsync will transfer the pics from the PDA to the PC because the Pics are in the MS. Hotsync really deals with the INTERNAL RAM application and files. I don't have a BT card in my PC so I've never tried the BT Hotsync and don't know what parameters you can setup on it.

Normally, To move the pics from your PDA to a PC, you can use MS-IMPORT (on your PDA) or something like you found by using BT Hotsync.

Manual is very specific that Clie' Viewer of pics is from Clie' to Clie', not Clie' to PC. Use MS-Import to transfer pics to PC.

You can't use MS Import to transfer files via bluetooth. I returned my bluetooth adapter because of this.

very true.... MS-IMPORT is used between PC and HandHeld.

But beaming picts via IR to PC has so far worked flawlessly, using Clieviewer. I thought it would be the same using BT. The send process did start but it ended up with an error saying that the transfer was not successful.
