View Full Version : Where are people buying pro sticks?

I have done some searching, I guess incorrectly, for MS Pro on several web sites... like Sony, Outpost and Buy.Com and can not find the 256meg mem pro stick... 512 is just to huge for me at this time so I was wondering if anyone as found this stick anywhere... Thanks...

B & H Photo says that they have them in stock. I just bought a 512 mb from them, and got it yesterday. Their price for the 256 ms pro is $129.95. You can search for it on their site:

If you wait a short time, you can get a Lexar Pro stick for much less than Sony. Sony products are well designed but frickin' expensive!!

Yeah, the 256mb msPro's from lexar/sandisk are supposed to debut for $99 is what i read... it's almost tempting to me, but not quite tempting enough. Patience is a virtue!

By the time Lexar/Sandisk come out with 256MB MSPro, There's will be (Hopefully be) a CF Driver for NX... Then I'll get 512MB CF for way way less... :^) wishful thinking...

Sony is selling them officially on Sony Style (Europe). Costing a fortune....

I saw a 1 gigabyte MagicGate MemStick on Ebay.. The winning bid was $830, and wow.. The picture was amazing. The MemStick is.. translucent-red O_o

In Hong Kong , the memory stick pro 256MB is costing ~HK$1280

At the sony store in SF, CA. they had both, as of this date.
