Adding notes/memos to To Do items in Palm Desktop?

I just purchased a Tungsten T5 and am attempting to learn how to use Palm Desktop. I am trying to find a way to access notes/memos assigned to To Do items but I can't find a way to do it. I can access notes/memos associates with To Dos on my T5 so how come I can't do it in Palm Desktop?
