G2 protector on NR

Hello all - is anyone using the G2 protector on the NR? I'm using one on my NR70V... back when I was using SJ20 the G2 didn't affect my tapping accuracy, but it seems for NR70V the screen is alot tighter and now my tapping is a bit off since it seems to be tapping the screen a bit away from where I tap... anyone have similar problems w/ their G2? Any remedies?

I've been using the same G2 on my NR since I got it last October. I've not had any problems of a major nature, but have I recalibrated the digitizer every month or so, just for good measure. Have you done that lately? (Go to Prefs, then Digitizer).
See if that clears it up.

Yes, I've recalibrated it many times. The digitizer itself is problem-free, it doesn't drift off or anything. The problem is that the G2 is so thick that the G2 presses on another area of the screen instead of where I tap. e.g. right after calibrating, I go back to the main launcher, then if I want to press the arrows of the scroll bar, I have to press kind of hard on the edge of the screen to be able to press the arrows. Without the G2, I simply tap directly on the arrow and it works.

I tried G2s and has similar trouble. The screen is extremely tight and the G2s seem to pinch the gel toward the edges of the screen. My CLIE is "well used" and probably has a few squished zones in the gel that makes the problem worse.

I put the Sony protector on and have had no trouble.
