Is there a way to do a palmos shortcut icon?

Is there a way to create your own shortcuts to launch apps?

thanks

Yeah. Hit the small circle button to the far right of the core app buttons. Enter the short-cut symbol in the resulting popup graffiti area. Add your own shortcuts under that area of the pref screen. (New to Graffiti, so beyond that, I don't have a clue. Gotta study that little Graffiti card in the TG50 box-- and drink LOTSa coffee.)

BTW, do a quick tap. If you hold it, the find screen pops up instead.

Actucally if you have the TG50, there's a green little card inside the package listing the shortcuts and Graffiti... Or maybe you don't have it... coz I buy mine TG in Hong Kong as I live in HK (with that bad SARS thing.... huh... )

These works with NR.

Editing:
Shift-Left/Right = Highlight character
Ctrl-Shift-Left/Right = Highlight word (I know it's hard to press
Ctrl-Shift at the same time)
Ctrl-C = Copy
Ctrl-X = Cut
Ctrl-P = Paste
Ctrl-U = Undo

Other Shortcuts:
Ctrl-Enter = Jogdial Click
Ctrl-BS = Back button
Ctrl-M = Drop Menu
Ctrl-Up = Jogwheel Clockwise
Ctrl-Down = Jogwheel Counter-clockwise
Ctrl-L = Turns backlight on/off
Ctrl-H = Home
Ctrl-F = Find

So lets say you are editing a memo and you want to click
the 'Details' button and change the category of the curent memo, here
are the steps:

1. Hold down Ctrl-BS for two seconds until 'Category' field (upper
right of screen) is highlighted
2. Press Ctrl-Down twice
3. Press Ctrl-Enter (Details window opens)
4. Hold down Ctrl-BS for two seconds until 'Category' field is
highlighted
5. Press Ctrl-Enter to drop down categories
6. Use Ctrl-Up/Down to select the category you want
7. Pres Ctrl-Enter to select
8. Hold down Ctrl-BS for two seconds
9. Press Ctrl-Down twice to highlight 'Ok'
10. Press Ctrl-Enter

If you want to access something in the menu, press Ctrl-M and scroll
using Ctrl-Up/Down and select by pressing Ctrl-Enter. To canel and
return to editing, press Ctrl-BS.
