ZLaunch settings for SJ20

I am a ZLaunch newbie and having trouble configuring the display so that I can read it on my B/W SJ20. Is there a way to display the program w/o so many gray shade? Also is there a way to select the size of the icons or even get rid of them and just have text of the program names?
