programs street maps & vaction planner

I bought this program and i can't figure it out. I don't actually load a program onto my palm pilot, but it saves a map as a .prc file and puts it on my palm. How can i view this file? thanks

There has to be some kind of a launcher that runs the .prc maps, it should be on the program you bought, and should be able to be put on handheld itself.
