Anyone download the Magicgate patch?

There is a patch for the NZ that resolves authentication errors using atrac3 checkout, and apparently interruptions in sonicstage transfers...

anyone install this patch, and if so, did it help?

I downloaded and installed the patch just after I got my NZ and before I had installed my other apps. I didn't try to use the Audio Player before I installed the patch, but I have used it since and everything is fine except of course for the Audio Player not giving album/track information.

that audio player problem only occurs on atracs - not mp3's

Magic Gate patch has nothing to do with MS Pro.

i just bought a 256 magic gate ms PRO and when i ms import i keep getting memory stick not detected...i already downloaded the patch but to no avail. pls advise.

Which MS did you buy? MS Pro is not the same as MagicGate. What Clie do you have, MS Pro will only work on OS5 devices.

i have a NZ-90 and all these gadgets are new to me so i'm still an amateur...but what reads on the memory stick that i bought says..memory stick PRO, magic gate. i appreciate your advice
