The iPaq is really nice. My friend has the model with the snap on keyboard. The onlything that bothers me about them, is that they don't feel like a phone.

hm, the treo has basically 3 disadvantages ...

the awefull aerial, lack of wifi and no multitasking ;-/

Disadvantages for some, not an issue for others. it's a phone first and that's what I really like about it.

I like both, but I'm getting the Treo.
