The magic phrase on this web page is the last line. "Currently sold only outside the US " Which probably means no FCC license for this product.
Which is a total bummer, this would instantly give your Clie the same functionality as a Tungsten W. Assuming their was an appropriate CF drivers and a Dialer application.
Ah, but to dream........ OK people, lets get to work, we need this now. : )

ok lets say fo sake of argument... i do acquire it from over seas.. the current beta version of cf driver (downloaded from the link in earlier threads) would not work with it? and i would need a different driver for it...
excuse my ingorance..im new in this field

i don't think there is any betadriver for this device for palm os (i was even bugging handera when i had trgpro having the driver deveped => answer, since it's not sold in us => no great impact => no $$$ extra => no driver, what i totally understand) ..

Sometimes I think a free market society is quite a connundrum. Businesses will not make a product until there is a market for it. There is no market, until Consumers start buying it. Consumers won't (or more likely can't) buy it until its available. And so it goes, Clie owners will forever have to wait for a CF GSM card. We are lucky to have any CF support at all if Sony had their way. Don't get me wrong. I love Sony products, but Sony is very protective of their proprietary products.
