Is Image Converter 2.0 WORTH IT?

I tried 3gp and clieconverter and both give me a sound delay. Cant fix it.

Anyone having problems with IC 2.0 with sound delays? Im thinking of buying it

I really like the mp4 quality but cant stand the sound sync issue.

I hope I dont have to start using .MQV format :-(

so far until now, i convert all the movie to 320x240,400kbps,23.976fps,96khz sound...it is fine...wont get any delay
