You can definitely trust PDALover. My TH55 works GREAT! I received it cross-country in 2 days. The battery is like new- I ran battery test and it was still at 100% after 3 hours. Get it while he still has them!

By the way pdalover, I still haven't recieved my TJ37 yet ~ Not that I'm complaining, as I understand the slowdown across boarders. Just wondering if you have any update on the shipping that I'm not aware of? Should I be expecting it to arrive any day now ?

Just wanted to say that my TJ37 came last Thursday ~ And I'm pretty much satisfied. There were a few small scratches on the back, but I don't mind at all. But, I don't know if its just the unit or a problem existing on all the TJ series... does the battery suck that much? I have WiFi enabled, lightspeed clocked to 132, and lowest backlight... and I don't think I can last one hour until the warning pops up.

I'm thinking this may be the case of the USB charger, as I don't think it fully charges. So, I'm planning to get a cradle sometime this week.

Anyways, just little problems that I'm bringing up. Everything else is perfectly fine! I'm very happy !!

USPS Global Priority took about 2.5 weeks to get here. And thats not his fault, most likely USPS and the slowdown at the boarder for customs to clear.

Also wanted to note that to everyone residing out of the states, beware of taxes... when the postal man came... I had to pay ~$40USD on top of the shipping EXTRA just for the Clie. Once again, not pdalovers fault.

Got it in a tiny shipping box, but it was well protected. It came with everything as noted in the first post. But, I'll recap anyways.

Besides the bare device, I also recieved the real sony clie stylus in the silo. I thought a dedicated standalone charger would be included, but it actually came with a nifty 2 in 1 usb sync / power charger. You have to plug it directly into an powered USB port in order to charge, not through wall ac. I was also surprised that he thew in the case cover. Although I'm not using it currently, its nice regardless.

After 20 minutes of looking and cleaning everything, and 5 minutes finding out how to turn it on... I calibrated the digitalizer and went through all the welcome stuff. There was about 30% battery left when I first started it. All the preinstalled apps were present and also it had NetFront 3.1.

Does the sync/charger also accept the standard charger?

Heeh, I hope you get yours soon !! I still remember leaving school everyday right when the bell rings and running home to see if my package arrived yet... and I'm glad I no longer have to do that this week. OK, just joking... I'm not that sad !

Sorry, I'm not exactly sure how to answer. If you were wondering if I could take the same cable and plug it directly into my wall AC outlet... then nope, I can't do that. One end goes into the clie and the other one is just a normal usb connector. There is also no sync button on the cable. If you get those power to usb wall adapters, like the ones included in some mp3 players, I'm still not sure if it'll work.

Seems like to me now that Sony just shipped out every device without a dedicated ac charger ~ Which sucks because I'm too used to using one.

Do you have an address? PDALover generally only showed up when he was selling stuff, but was always completely reasonable with taking back defective PDAs. He probably just hasn't seen your problem or recieved your email.
