Does anyone know of an application that can synchronize my Clie's Date/Time with my computer's?

Thanks,

BackupBuddy has a checkbox for time synchronization on the setup dialog. You wouldn’t necessarily want to buy BackupBuddy **JUST** for the time sync, but there are other very good reasons to use it! Like, if you’ve ever had to do a hard reset, and found that the Palm software **doesn’t** save all your loaded programs and settings…

I'm sure there are other stand-alone time sync utils out there. Just cruise over to palmgear.com, and do a search...

I use TimeCopy (http://www.freewarepalm.com/clock/timecopy.shtml) and it has been great.

TimeCopy syncs your PDA time with your PC time when you hotsync. It's free:)

Ditto here on using TimeCopy. It creates a HotSync conduit that copies your desktop computer's time to your Clie, and is freeware.

Obviously that assumes the time on the desktop computer is accurate, but that's a separate issue.

Actually, one issue that I noticed was that it got rid of my daylight savings time selection on the PDA. Is there a fix for that, since both my computer and PDA are using daylight savings time; it seems like it should have just known that the option is enabled. I mean it's not really an issue, however if you don't sync the day that dst goings in effect, you get the time messed up for that day.

Nevermind, I had a "DUH" moment.

what if you want to sync the other way?

I've 2 PCs which I sync to (work and home)

I have TimeCopy to sync up my SJ30 to the work PC, but would like to then sync the time on my home PC to the Clie.

Any ideas?

TIA
RikD.
