I have been trying to do this for a while and haven't been thinking about it lately until I realized TealLaunch did what I was looking for. Anyway, here is what I did.

I want to be able to activate Unrotate, and the Pocketop keyboard without having to go through all the screens manually and I wanted an easy way of activating the macro when the Graffiti is down. So first I recorded a macro using Macroplay that:

1) Goes into YiShow and than selects a "Macro" category (macros are mapped based on the position of taps so I made a special folder for those apps that are used on macros so if I change the apps in my folders I won?t need to make a new macro.)
2) Goes into Unrotate, activates it and clicks the home button. (in case you didn't know, Unrotate is an app that stops the screen from rotating when the screen is flipped around. Only useful to turn the NR into its own stand when using the Pocketop wireless keyboard.)
3) Selects the macro category again. (for whatever reason the folder does not stay at "macro" but instead goes to "all" for whatever reason).
4) Activates the keyboard driver and goes out and ends up in the "main" category.

I than set the macro to activate on /0 command.

I than set TealLaunch to generate this /0 command on a long press of the memo button (this option is at the very bottom of the drop down list, no wonder I didn't find it).

So now I can hold down the Memo button (doesn't matter which app I am in or if the graffiti is down) and it will activate everything to run my keyboard and take me to the main category on my launcher. To deactivate just hold down the memo button again.

I have also noticed that there is a conflict with MacroPlay and Uninstall Hack, you may need to disable Uninstall Hack to record a macro.
