Hello Everyone,

I am pretty new to the PDA thing so I am enlisting some help from you all.

I am looking at buy a Sony PDA, but am confused as to which one to buy. I have a Sony Digital Camera at home and thus I have memory sticks that I would be able to transfer between cam and pda.

I thought of buying the T665c, but then I saw the TG50 come out and then there's always the NX60, NX70v and the NR models. I don't know much about the NR models, but what I have found out is they are having problems..........is this true? Those models are are cheaper than the NX models so that is attractive to me.

I would like to spend no more than $325 on a PDA (to me that's still a lot). I"ve been looking for cheaper pda's on ebay and ubid and have found some for a pretty good price I think. Things I am looking for would be voice recorder, mp3 (not so important), color screen for storing/viewing pics, video playback, and all the basic organization scheduling etc.

Can anyone help me??

Thanks so much for your time.
~Debra

To get the voice recorder option you would have to go with a palm os 5 device, these are the only ones that offer voice recording. As for the price~ most palm os 5 devices are going to be above $400. About which one to get, well, that is all in your opinion as to what fits you. As for me I would go for the t665, it offers everything you need except for voice recording. Plus, you may still be able to get it at some compusa stores for $229 as it was on sale last week, (excellent price!!!).

Go for the SJ33. The T665 has terrible battery life and an anemic buttons. You won't get the voice recorder.

Now I have an even better idea - get the Palm Tungsten T which does have a voice recorder, and you should be able to find one for about $320 online. The only disadvantage, and I stess, the ONLY disadvantage compared to the Clies, is that the MP3 player on the Sony's is better.

The T665 bsttery is NOT terrible in battery life contrary to popular beleif. I use mine everyday for gaming, mp3'ing and note taking and it still lasts about 4 days, granted this is not as good as some of the newer devices, but I love the T665. UNREGISTERED says the buttons are anemic? I don't know what that is supposed to mean, I find them exceptional.
