I have recently bought a T5 with P1 Desktop 4.1.4. And I have recently changed jobs. My new company uses Outlook extensively and it would make sense for me to use it as well. However, I must give access to my boss to my calendar entries. But I do not want to give her access to my private, personal records. So, I am wondering if I

a) Can "hide" my personal entries in calendar, contacts, etc? In other words restrict Outlook access to specific catagories or allow access to only specific items, on my T5,
b) Can I do it on my company computer or
c) Can I get a software package that will do it for me?

thanks,
Stan

Appointments and contacts can be marked private (and hidden) or you can set up seperate folders for your private info and only share your public folders. Sounds like you will be using Exchange to share info, so that may be the better way to do it.

Get PocketMirror Pro to sync and you'll be good to go.
