image converter 1.5 or 2 ? after pocketdvd for movies

Just a small question on which image comverter version I should be using when converting my movies to a reasonable format under 256 MB mem stick.

If I should be using latest versions , where do I get them?

From what I have read, it's officially for the PSP, but will work with UX systems.
