Is the bottom of the perimeter frame around the keyborard of a TG50 suppose to have a little slack in it? I'm not talking the brushed metal, but rather the darker gray ring around the whole unit. Only at the bottom at the keyboard area am I able to slide it left and right by a small amount. This is my third one and I don't want to go to a fourth if I don't have to. The other two had the following problems:

#1 -> hard buttons/rocker worked when they felt like it.

#2 -> keyboard had keys nearly flush with brushed metal. All keys worked, but some had to be PUSHED to register.

Mine is a bit loose as well, along with the screen being a tad crooked. I can live with the problems for now, because I'm really waiting for a TG sized device with a 320*480 screen. I like my current TG50 a lot, but I really miss Graffiti (NewPen and Graffiti Anywhere just don't cut it). I've even thought about the rumored NX73 or NX80 if they are actual devices and one (or both) has Bluetooth. I miss the extra screen on my NR70V and the NX70V I tried for a while. Reading eBooks on a 320*480 screen is almost as good as the book itself.

The gray frame around my clie was loose as well
It was soo loose that I could pry the sides open slightly. Instead of going through the trouble of taking my sony back, I decided to just use a thin slit of paper to apply superglue to both sides. Now its pretty tight.

another minor annoyance, on the top plastic white part in the center of the palm, there is a gap on one side, looks like it wasn't glued together, I might just superglue it myself later...

damn sony and their poor quality control!!
