Screen and battery probs

I have 2 problems since a few days ago:
1. My palm battery seems to drain. I put it in my bag after work and it happened a few times now that I couldn't switch it on after a day. NO THE HOLD BUTTON WASNT ON. I have my palm in a leather case, the screen open, could that be a problem?
2. My screen tends to loose its sensitivity to the stylus. There are areas where the screen doesnt react to the touch of the stylus.
Can anybody help me, please?

It's Possible that your battery is dying and not enough juice is feeding the touch screen.
I've had the case off mine - doesn't look tough to change out battery and I've seen them advertised around the web.

Try calibrating your digitizer by going to the prefs.

Thanks for the tip, I will keep you posted! Wouldn't really want to buy a new battery though. The Clie itself is only 3 months old.

I've heard that pressure on the screen can cause the battery to drain.

well also you could have a lose wire and its might prevent you from using the whole screen

So, that sounds to me that the best thing to do, would be to send it in for repair? It is only 4 months old.
