How To Beam plz help

so basically this... i have a sony clie nx60 and a sony ericsson t300 phone.. i want to be able to beam my themes sounds etc to my phone from my palm.... problems are.... u cannot save themes or sounds etc to the acutal palms memory u must save it on the memory cards... so the question is how do you beam those files from yer memory card? is it possible? and also possible so that when you do beam the files to the fone the program does not sumhow convert them to another file or give them another extension. plz plz i need yer help anybody .... thank you~

i have heard that exbox is cracking software for beaming arbitrary files to phones,supposedly it doesnt change the file format ,
also funnyphone is a good program for sending ringtones and pics to your phone. i have a T68i and it works great (800 ringtones in the program and loads of pics)
to actually beam from ther memory stick is easy
on launcher page hit the beam/send button on the top right corner next to i and the trash bin
the files come up then you hit the BEAM FROM: change to your MS
then just select the files you want to beam

how you finding the T300 btw?
