I saw a website for Korea that built PCs that could fit inside a 5.25" drive bay, they were exactly the size of a CD-ROM drive.

I remember watching TechTV and one of the guys on there built a Mac/PC box. The main board was a Mac and a he used a 5.25 PC in the drive bay.
