Hi

I tried to transfer a GIF file from my mobile phone to Palm via infrared and it fails probably because GIF isnt internally supported. However, JPG is no problem.

Is it possible to save the IR incoming file directly to memory stick? Because while a plam doesnt store GIF, a memory stick can.

Thanks
Chee

You'll need programs like (commercial) Receive-it (http://www.equattor.com/products/receiveit.html) or (freeware) Getdeblu (http://www.webalice.it/rodolfo.turco/getdeblueng.html)

or you need image viewer with gif capable like acid image or resco viewer, you can use that program as default receiver, receive it is better becauise you can accept any file type to your palm n of course viewing it is another problem, you need an appropriate program to open native file
