You can see the back of the device has a bigger camera on it. :) 2MP
The device turns the way I expected the UX to turn when I first got it.

I also have T-Mobile, but I also travel out of the US. Plus, I don't want to be tied to T-Mobile forever. Thanks for the pics. :)

Looking at those pics again, they could have made it better if they have the four launch buttons along the 5 way pad, so it'll be great as a portrait PDA and landscape PDA.

Well,
since the Motorola MPx is dead, this machine will have an easy way on the market!

Man, that thing looks huge! Like, Psion Series 5 huge!
How big is it compared to a UX/TH?!
I hope it's a deceptive look like the UX... (From screen-shots, I thought the UX was massive before I saw one in real life - was pleasently surprised at how small it really was! :D)

You can't just accept that keyboards and clamshell devices are better :)

Did I say that? I wasnt thinking that. I was thinking that "on steroids" wouldnt be giving the device enough credit. It looks really cool.
Edit: My TH is perfecter than your UX. And, the wireless works fine.

How's the bluetooth :P I bought my devices refurb. That's one problem. Second, I have a WiFi card, thats not beasting huge like the Bluetooth for the TH55 so I'm fine. Just a little angry but who wouldn't be.
BTW, steriods and drugs has a negative connotation in my mind. Knowledge is power :) LOL.

I feel your pain. :( Lucky for me, I bought mine at CompUSA with a 2 year exchange warranty, so all is not lost on my part. Just waiting for new releases this year.

Although the video show it to be bigger, Brighthand has the actual measurements in a new article....
http://brighthand.com/article/HTC_Universal_will_Use_Windows_Mobile_5-0
When closed, it will be 5.2 inches wide, 3.2 inches tall, and .85 inches thick (131.6 by 79 mm by 21.6 mm).
Height and thickness are close to the UX, but 5.2 inches wide makes it pretty big, over all. Good guess on the Psion Series 5 (it's about half way between a UX and Psion in width) :D
I like the brushed metal look in the Brighthand article better than the MDA IV white w/ black keyboard. Once this eventually gets out to stores, I'll have to see it in action. I'm in no rush to upgrade, but when the UX finally goes, this is a contender.

Goodbye palm, it was nice working with you -_-. Mannnnn Winmobile 5 looks purty sweet. Though I wonder, will you still miss your alarms. :p Heheh, just had to put that in ^_^. Seriously though, when my TH dies, I might have walk over to the darkside.

Jesus. All that's left is to give me a good battery life rating and a good price, and I'm on board.

:) Imagine if its $500. That would be amazing. It would be competing with the LifeDrive.

It'll probably be more like $300 with the carrier subsidy..
