Kinoma player difficulties

I have a NX 70V and when trying to wath the "spider man" trailer I received the following message: " The movie contains audio encoded in a format which is not supported on this handheld". The movie plays but with no sound. Is this a known problem or is it just the trailer that I downloaded? Thanks in advance for any info. in this reguard.

It used to say on the website (but I can't find it now) that this is to be expected with certain formats. Try the other downloads they have. They should work.

Different Clies have different audio chips and a Kinoma movie can only be encoded for one certain chip. I believe the hi-res+ trailers on Sonys site are made for the NR's (since the site hasn't been updated since the NX's have been released) and the NX audio is different.

use default video converter which is far better than kinoma!!!
