Changing background pictures

This is probably an obvious question but how do people change their background pictures and the layout of their icons on the "desktop." I was looking through some of the pictures in the gallery and I got really jealous. I would like to do that on my TG-50 as well. Thanks

Well if you want some eye-candy, use some third party launcher like yishow, silverscreen, z launcher or mega launcher. Then look for the backgrounds/themes..
