I have been using my T615 for about 4 months now and love it.
My problem is, I can't download any pictures. I have downloaded pictures before, but now that I want to download some pictures from Xmas, it won't do it.
I am in picturegear and am selecting the pictures and it is telling me that they will be on the next hot sync, but they haven't been there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but no help.
Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
Thanks!
How about using MSImport. The picture in MS will be shown in PG Lite under the Removable Drive.

I've had a LOT of trouble with my Dell Notebook not properly recognizing the memory stick as a drive with MS Import. A Sony tech had me to remove the ms as a drive in the notebook's device manager and reboot.
Everything (including PictureGear) works great: first us MS Import to let the ms be identified as a drive on your PC; then use PictureGear to move the photos over. Unfortunately, I must use this process EVERY TIME I want to port over anything. bummer.
When you pull up PGLite on your pda, click OK when it says there are not installed photos. Then, using the pull-down menu at top, select MS. It will again give you, "no photo...". Click on OK and then choose PGP in the lower left corner. Your photos are probably in that file.
You may have a different version than mine (4.4). Once I launch MSImport in the Clie and and the PGLite in the PC (of course the Clie is in the Craddle), I'll see a miniature version of Windows Explorer in the top-left quadrant of the PGLite pop-up window. Then all I need to do is to go to my Removable Drive (which is E:\ drive), then go to E:\Palm\Programs\PictureGear and voila, all of my pictures in MS are know displayed in my PC monitor. Then just follow the menu in the PGLite to do anything you want with them.

I think you are talking about PG Pocket in the Clie itself. I thought he meant PictureGear Lite in the PC.

You may check if Install is enabled in the HotSync configuration at the bottom tool bar by clicking on the HotSync icon, Custom, and scroll down to the Install.
I tried to install pictures via HotSync w/o any problem by going to PGLite, highlight the picture, click on File, Output Services, Install the image during the next HotSync. A pop-up window asked me if I want to install it to which username, select the right username, then HotSync. Is that how you do it?
DanT: you're right, and a combination of what you describe for installing and what I described for viewing ought to help megthered.
