I have a offer to move from UX50 to T5

i love my ux , but the t5 got larger screen , more MB and a sexy look
(not as sexy as the ux....)
what is the cons and prons in this deal in your eyes ??

Man, why do people always refer to their pda's as "SEXY"? Kinda strange...anyway.

I would go for the T5! The UX is pretty rad, and is a sony clie, but i think with the T5, palmone added the stuff the clie has, but P1 was lacking. One thing i noticed going from a Clie T615 to a Palm T|E is that Clie has a MS Drive mode...so you can transfer files between the PC and pda without hotsync. TE doesn't...but T5 does now!

Yes the T5 has a bigger screen, and more memory, BlueTooth, and it uses SD instead of Memory Stick. The T5 doesn't have a camera...but how often do you use your PDA camera? My wife has a Z72, and hardly uses the camera...but it does come in handy every now and then.

I would get the T5...it isn't clamshell, it doesn't have a keyboard, and it's the newest PalmOS!

If you need the wifi, you would be better staying with the UX as that is included and you would need a palmOne wifi card for the T5. The keyboard is another mark for the UX's favor.

On the other hand, if you dont need wifi and a keyboard and can stand the larger physical screen, better battery life, and no camera, then get the T5. In your position, I would probably go T5 since i value the memory over the wifi and camera.

of course, how could you dump the ux50 for a crappy t5? i mean look at the ugly design, it looks ugly.
