How to sync multiple PDA's

I would like to sync multiply PDA's running the same application to different sets of data. The application uses a custom conduit that attaches to a defined database on the workstation. I need to be able to deal with separate data for each PDA. Does anyone know how I would be able to do this. I am new to Palm. I have done this with other moble devices.

What PDAs specifically and what computer OSes are u using? The sure way to make sure your PIMs go across to each PDA will be to beam the data over periodically, as i've heard this works out well with few errors. As for applications, probably either beam them as well in batches (beam pro does that well, but freeware like FileZ can also do that as well) or consider putting those apps on a single SD card to be shared across those multiple PDAs of yours.
