Once again I need some help. I read somewhere, I don't know where that there are some new PDAs (Palm/Pocket PC) that were released or are about to be released with built-in WiFi. Do you know which ones? I'm writing a research paper on 802.11 and I want to give an example on how PDAs are incorporating this new technology as built-in. Any link will be appriciated.

Also, if you have links with info about 802.11 in general or specific would be nice.

Thanks,

Al

The Toshiba Pocket PC has it. That's the only one I know that has it built-in.

the HP ipaq 5455 has built in wifi, and a thumbrpint scanner as well for anyone who's interested. I severely dislike ppc but even I have to admit this thing is cool.

Just look at the screen ... perfect for internrt use ... I nearly bought one but the 'simplicity' of the palm os won me over ...

If you head over to PalmInfoCenter, you can read about the new Tungsten | C which is coming out and is heavily rumored to have bulit-in Wi-Fi. It should be out in weeks - it's already in chain product databases.
